    Document Legalization service in Pakistan.

    As of 1 January 2016, the Netherlands Embassy in Islamabad will no longer legalise documents. From 1 January 2016, persons holding these documents may use them in the Netherlands provided the correct and complete local legalisation process in Pakistan has been followed.

    Introduction of appointment system at the Visa Application Centers in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore starting 17 June 2015.

    In order to improve our service to the public, we will introduce an appointment system at our locations in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore as from 17 June 2015. Long waiting hours will soon be history.

    Visa and legalization applicants can make an appointment online here prior to attending the Visa Application Centre. Applicants without an appointment will no longer be accommodated.

    Embassy will be closed on 25 May 2015.

    Applicants are requested not to submit any application on 25 May 2015 as the Embassy will be closed.

    Due to the heavy fog prevailing between Lahore and Islamabad route, in coming days the applicants who submit their applications at Lahore VAC may experience a delay of 24-48 hours in transfer of the applications to the Embassy. Same will be applicable for processed applications being forwarded to Lahore VAC from the Embassy. Please be advised that this weather condition may persist for a few weeks ahead.

    The Netherlands embassy in Islamabad and Gerry’s visa application centers will remain closed on 4 November 2014 Tuesday on account of ashura.

    This is a public service message that due to known volatile political situation and travelling limitations , our valuable applicants may experience delay in their applications movement to and from the Embassy .

    It could also confine applicant’s access to Gerry’s visa application centers, most probably in Islamabad and Lahore.

    Hence, requested to plan accordingly.
